We are building the next generation of AI based software tools for cancer imaging and treatment.

Our main product Limbus Contour utilizes machine learning models to perform accurate and fast segmentation of organs at risk - a critical component of radiotherapy treatment planning.

We are looking for a Marketing Associate to lead all aspects of the company's marketing efforts, including organization of trade shows, social media accounts, and a broad variety of other marketing activities. In this position, you will help us build and execute our global marketing strategy. Candidates will work independently and in collaboration with colleagues to develop and expand our business.

We are looking for an individual that can demonstrate their skill through a portfolio from a prior position. This should include social media, brochures or other relevant marketing materials. Previous experience in a marketing role within radiation oncology or healthcare software is highly preferred.

Job Description


  • Lead marketing activities and project management of global trade show attendance
  • Support development of and execution of various digital marketing campaigns; produce creative content to expand social media presence; boost followers and engagement
  • Create marketing materials and collateral to support domestic and international sales (brochures, presentations, videos)
  • Develop key customer relationships and create customer profiles and testimonials
  • Maintain and develop Limbus branding
  • Benchmark marketing efforts of competitors
  • Support administrative activities associated with Sales and Marketing (including maintenance and tracking of expense vs. budget)
  • May include up to 10% travel

Knowledge and Skills

  • Understanding of Product Marketing within a commercial framework
  • Project Management
  • Graphic design (Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite, etc.) and video design
  • Understanding of SEO and Google Analytics
  • Social media cross-platform management
  • PPC paid ad campaign creation and optimization
  • Email marketing (Mailchimp, etc.)
  • Familiar with common CRMs
  • High level of initiative with ability to self-manage
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing (or equivalent diploma+certificates) and/or demonstrable related experience
  • 3+ years experience in marketing roles
  • Demonstrated success in a similar position, evidenced by including portfolio
  • Experience with medical or software products not necessary but would be desired
  • Open-minded, communicative character
  • Fluent English, written and verbal. Multilingual an asset
